How do I upload videos/photos?

It's so easy! Simply connect the video frame to a computer/laptop using the provided usb cable (works with both Mac or Windows), then drag & drop your favorite videos/photos. You can upload up to 1GB of videos and photos. Upload multiple files to play them in sequence. If you upload only one file, it will be played in a continuous loop. Swap out your videos and photos simply by deleting the old ones and uploading new ones.

How many videos/photos can it hold?

The MomentFrame™ can hold up to 1GB worth of videos and photos. The number and length of videos/photos it can hold depends on the file size of each video/photo.

For perspective, an average 10-second TikTok video is about 1.5mb. So that's around 110 minutes of videos!

We recommend mp4 and jpg files to include multiple videos and photos.

Can it be displayed horizontally?

Yes of course! The frame plays videos perfectly when displayed horizontally and looks just as good.

Does it play sound?

Yes! The MomentFrame™ plays sound from videos. You can simply turn the sound on/off using the button at the back of the frame.

What are the best file types to upload?

For videos, we recommend: mp4, mov, mpg, avi, rmvb

For photos, we recommend: jpg, gif, png, bmp

What is the recommended resolution / aspect ratio of videos & photos to upload?

We recommend uploading videos and photos with 1080P resolution and 9:16 aspect ratio for optimal quality.

Changing to 9:16 aspect ratio

If the video/photo you wish to upload is not 9:16 in aspect ratio, you can simply crop the video/photo using the edit function on your smartphone with just a few taps.

When will my order be delivered?

Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
